      • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced.

      • 1 (8 ounce) tube refrigerated crescent roll dough

      • 2 cups chicken broth

      • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

      • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

      Directions

      • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
      • In a saucepan over low heat, stir together chicken broth, condensed cream of chicken soup, and grated cheese. Warm over the low heat, whisking constantly, just until cheese melts and sauce is combined. Remove from heat before the sauce boils.
      • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of chicken in the center of each crescent roll. Roll the dough up and place each rolled crescent roll in the bottom of the prepared dish.
      • Sprinkle remaining chicken over top of the crescent rolls. Pour soup mixture over all.
      • Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until crescent rolls are browned on top and sauce is bubbly.

      • 4 cups chicken stock

      • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

      • ½ small onion, diced

      • 15 oz can evaporated milk

      • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

      • Salt and Pepper To Taste

      Directions

      • In a large stockpot – place chicken stock – onion and healthy amount of salt and pepper over medium heat – add broccoli – and cook for 15 minutes
      • Stir in cheese and milk and cook at lower heat for 15 minutes
      • Serve and Enjoy

      Here’s a smokin’ speedy casserole with just four ingredients! Use the do-ahead tip to make it even faster.

      Ingredients

      • 3 cups uncooked penne pasta (9 oz)

      • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

      • 2 cups Alfredo pasta sauce

      • 1 cup shredded smoked mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

      Directions

      • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
      • Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, heat tomatoes to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated.
      • In 2-quart saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce over medium-low heat until warm. Stir in cheese until melted. Mix sauce, pasta and tomatoes. Pour into casserole.
      • Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until hot in center.

      Notes

      • When you need a meal that’s quick and easy, assemble this dish the night before and refrigerate overnight. Bake as directed.

      An easy entree with Mexican flair! Serve over rice or tortilla chips.

      Ingredients

      • 1.5 lbs chicken breast

      • 1 jar salsa

      • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

      Directions

      • In a 9×13 pan, cover the chicken breasts with the salsa.
      • Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 25 minutes longer.
      • Cover each chicken breast with Cheddar cheese.
      • Bake for 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
      • Serve with white rice or tortilla chips.
