Easy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg fettuccine

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 1 24 oz Jar Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
  • Meanwhile, oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in Alfredo sauce. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock

  • 2 cups chopped broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

  • ½ small onion, diced

  • 15 oz can evaporated milk

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions

  • In a large stockpot – place chicken stock – onion and healthy amount of salt and pepper over medium heat – add broccoli – and cook for 15 minutes
  • Stir in cheese and milk and cook at lower heat for 15 minutes
