Easy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
1 pkg fettuccine
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 24 oz Jar Alfredo Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
- Meanwhile, oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in Alfredo sauce. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.
