Publix Weekly Recipes 10/17/19 – 10/23/19

While grabbing the deals is a huge savings in our grocery budget, having a meal plan is another huge way to save.  Putting them together of course is the only way to live on our grocery budget.

That doesn’t mean that we eat beans and rice every night though.  Here’s a list of our delicious weekly dinner ideas. Hopefully it helps you see that your family can eat real food and save money.

ONE WEEK PUBLIX MEAL PLAN

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 100% real food recipes that are simple, straight-forward and family-friendly.
  • Recipes that are quick to make, and all of them can be made in under an hour.
  • Includes ingredients that are on sale to maximize savings.
  • Don’t for about the leftovers, they usually taste better the next day.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

  • Pantry basics like cooking oil & butter, condiments, and spices.
  • Precautions for food allergies. My family is blessed to not have food allergies, so I don’t plan for them in my meal plans.

Or, maybe less…  These meals will likely run you even less if you supplement this week’s Publix purchases with clearance meat you already have in your freezer, pantry staples you picked up on sale, produce you already have on hand, and/or sale produce from your local produce market.
