Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches
Move over pulled pork sliders, pork tenderloin sandwiches are the new and superior tailgate snack.
- pork loin
- 4 Brioche buns
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- BBQ Sauce
- Dill pickle chips
- Heat skillet, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil or cooking spray. Add sliced onions and pork. Cook until heated.
- To assemble, place pork tenderloin piece(s) on bottom half roll, topped with some cooked onion, BBQ sauce and pickles. Top with other half of roll. Slice in half and serve. Enjoy.
