Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce divided
  • 1 lb chicken breasts cut into 16 pieces
  • 2 peaches peeled, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 8 slices bacon cut crosswise and half

Instructions

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Stack 1 each chicken and peach piece; wrap with 1 bacon piece.
  • Thread onto 4 skewers; brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
  • Grill 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is done, brushing with reserved sauce for the last 2 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg brats
  • 1 can beer 12 ounces
  • 1 small onion halved and sliced
  • 2 pkg buns split and toasted

Instructions

  • Place bratwurst in a large saucepan; add the beer, onion and fennel. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain and discard beer mixture.
  • Grill bratwurst, covered, over indirect medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally. Serve on buns with toppings of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Ribs pork
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar white
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 can Pineapple Crushed
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a small saucepan, stir together the vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and pineapple. Stir in brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  • Arrange a layer of spare ribs in a roasting pan. Pour half of the sauce over the top. Arrange another layer of spare ribs, and top with remaining sauce. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

  • 4 whole pork chops
  • 3 medium apples cut into wedges
  • 1 large onion cut into thin wedges
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; brown pork chops on both sides, about 4 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • In same skillet, combine apples, onion and water. Place pork chops over apple mixture; drizzle chops with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 3-5 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in chops reads 145°.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breast
  • 4 medium egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/12 sticks butter
  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 slices bacon

Instructions

  • Slice chicken breasts into serving size pieces. Place chicken in slightly beaten egg for 1 hour and refrigerate.
  • Cook bacon and set aside.
  • Roll chicken pieces in breadcrumbs and fry in butter until brown (about 10 minutes). Add additional butter as needed for frying.
  • Place chicken in 9 x 13 dish and place bacon on top.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven.
  • Remove from oven, place Mozzarella cheese cheese on top.
  • Place chicken back in oven until cheese melts.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup corn flakes crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Mix buttermilk, salt, pepper and paprika in a small bowl.
  • Marinate chicken fillets in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix crushed corn flakes and panko together on a plate, season with salt & pepper.
  • Place one or two pieces of chicken at a time on plate, thoroughly coating each piece in crumb. Place coated chicken fillets on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, turning pieces once during baking.
