Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce divided
  • 1 lb chicken breasts cut into 16 pieces
  • 2 peaches peeled, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 8 slices bacon cut crosswise and half

Instructions

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Stack 1 each chicken and peach piece; wrap with 1 bacon piece.
  • Thread onto 4 skewers; brush with remaining barbecue sauce.
  • Grill 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is done, brushing with reserved sauce for the last 2 min.

Grilled Seasoned Beer Bratwurst Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg brats
  • 1 can beer 12 ounces
  • 1 small onion halved and sliced
  • 2 pkg buns split and toasted

Instructions

  • Place bratwurst in a large saucepan; add the beer, onion and fennel. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain and discard beer mixture.
  • Grill bratwurst, covered, over indirect medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally. Serve on buns with toppings of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Ribs pork
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar white
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 can Pineapple Crushed
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a small saucepan, stir together the vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and pineapple. Stir in brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  • Arrange a layer of spare ribs in a roasting pan. Pour half of the sauce over the top. Arrange another layer of spare ribs, and top with remaining sauce. Cover pan tightly with foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
