LEFTOVER RE-DO IDEAS

Extra meatloaf always makes a great classic chili- just add beans, tomato sauce, chili powder and onion.

Take that leftover chili another step further and turn it into a Chili Mac Meal.

Make Cuban style French bread pizza using leftover pulled pork-just add ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard. Kick it up a notch and use garlic bread instead of French bread.

Make pork nachos with leftover pulled pork. Pile the filling on top of tortilla chips, top with black beans, cheese, cilantro, black olives, tomatoes, and pickled jalapenos.
