Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red peppers roasted
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 lb chicken boneless tenders
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced, divided
  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce 15-oz

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil for pasta.
  • Coarsely chop red peppers.
  • Cut bacon into bite-size pieces.
  • Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks (wash hands); sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  • Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place bacon and 2 tablespoons green onions in pan; cook and stir 4–5 minutes or until bacon begins to brown.
  • Cook pasta following package instructions. Add chicken to bacon; cook and stir 4–5 minutes or until chicken is 165°F.
  • Reduce heat (on chicken) to low. Stir in Alfredo sauce, red peppers, and 2 tablespoons green onions; cover and cook 4–5 minutes or until heated. Drain pasta; stir into chicken. Serve.

  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 package Ribs
  • 1 bottle bbq sauce
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, place onion and garlic across the bottom of the dish. Add Country style ribs over the top of the onions and top with the entire bottle of barbecue sauce and salt/pepper. Let ribs cook for 4-5 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low - ribs should be tender.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle bbq sauce
  • 1 can soda Root Beer is preferred
  • 1/4 cup seasoned salt
  • 1 whole pork loin

Instructions

  • Place pork shoulder in slow cooker
  • Add salt, BBQ sauce and dark soda of choice
  • Cook on low for 5 hours
  • Take 2 forks and start to pull apart the pork until shredded
  • Switch slow cooker to warm and continue to let it cook another 15-20 minutes (if needed)
  • Serve with additional BBQ sauce & hamburger buns

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 8 whole pork chops
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose
  • pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops
  • Combine the flour and some cayenne, salt and black pepper. Dredge each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture, and then set aside on a plate.
  • Heat the canola oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add the butter. When the butter is melted and the butter/oil mixture is hot, cook 3 pork chops at a time, 2 to 3 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook until the chops are golden brown on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes (make sure no pink juices remain). Remove to a plate and repeat with the remaining pork chops.

  • 1 tablespoon mustard Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 4 ounces pork chops boneless
  • 4 slices ham about 3 ounces
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

Instructions

  • Mix mustard, lime juice and adobo seasoning. Lightly pound pork chops with a meat mallet to 1/2-in. thickness; spread both sides with mustard mixture. Refrigerate, covered, 3-4 hours.
  • Grill pork, covered, over medium heat 3 minutes. Turn pork and top with ham; grill 2 minutes longer. Top with cheese and cilantro; grill, covered, 30-60 seconds longer or until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in chops reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with mayonnaise, mustard and pickles.

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 8 ounces pork chops 3/4 inch thick and 8each
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing French
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. In batches, brown pork chops 2-3 minutes on each side. Return all to pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 4-5 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Freeze option: Place pork chops in freezer containers; top with sauce. Cool and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a covered saucepan, gently stirring sauce and adding a little water if necessary.

  • 2 1/2 lb chicken boneless skinless breast

  • 1 1/2 cups bbq sauce
  • 1 cup soda root beer
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper, and place inside slow cooker. Pour in barbecue sauce and root beer; spread around. Cover and cook on High heat setting 2 hours.
  • Remove chicken from slow cooker, and use two forks to shred. Place chicken back in slow cooker on Warm heat setting; simmer 30 minutes. Serve on burger buns, as desired.

  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place chops in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chops.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until done (145ºF). Remove from oven. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

  • 1 large bell peppers red chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cans Pineapple chunks drained, liquid reserved, 8 oz. each
  • 3/4 lb meatballs frozen, fully cooked
  • 2 cups rice cooked

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in barbecue sauce, ginger, garlic powder and reserved pineapple liquid. Add meatballs; stir until evenly coated. Cook 10 min. or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.
  • Stir pineapple chunks into meatball mixture. Serve over rice.
