1 box of stuffing mix
2 large eggs
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine stuffing and 1 c water. Let stand 5 min.
- In the meantime, pound chicken breasts to 1/4 in thickness.
- Stir eggs into stuffing. Spread over chicken and roll up chicken to enclose stuffing. Place chicken rolls seam sides down in 13×9-in baking dish.
- Mix soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 min.
